The penalty charges in the event of cancellations of any bookings are as follows:
- 50% of the deposit paid, in the event that the booking is cancelled 45 days prior to the arrival date;- The full deposit paid, in the event that the booking is cancelled between 44 and 30 days prior to the arrival date;- 80% of the total amount of the booking, in the event that the booking is cancelled 7 days or less, than the arrival date;All of the above cancellations are to be made in writing via fax or email.
Euro 35,00 for final cleaningThe check-in can be made between 15.00 and 19.00.These are the fees requested in case of arrival in different times:- Arrivals between 19.00 and 22.00: Euro 35,00- Arrivals between 22.00 and 01.00: Euro 50,00- Arrivals after 01.00: Euro 70,00- Arrivals on Sunday or public holidays: Euro 50,00- Arrivals before 10.00 AM: Euro 35,00 (in case the apartment will be ready)The apartments have to be vacated before 10.00 AM.In the case the client will request the presence of the local agent at the check-out made before 9.00 AM it will be requested the amount of Euro 40.00.It will be possible to organize a transfer from the airport to the apartment at the following prices:up to 4 persons: Euro 40,005-7 people: Euro 50,008 people: Euro 65,00more than 8 people: Euro 115,00.
