Personal Check if received 10 days prior to check in; if not in Cleared Funds at check in.
There is a Refundable Security Deposit of $1,000. All contracts are for 30 days with NO pro-ration for Early Vacate or Late Date Arrival. Minimun stay = $2,450 base on 14 nights, then rate is Discounted for more nights that you book up to 30 or a Flat fee for monthly of $3,300. Less in summer, CALL.
A lost of $500 from Security Deposit. We do NOT book any unit over 90 days prior to arrival. However, we do take reservations and ALL booking must be secured (finalize) no less than 12 days PRIOR to check in.
Tax is included in price. However, there is a $125 Condo application fee that not included in price. Also rates may change during Special Events/Holidays and during high season: December - April.
