Beautiful and secluded log-exterior home with spectacular panoramic views of Lake Tahoe! This almost 2000 square foot 3 bedroom home lies by the base of Heavenly Ski Resort 500 feet above the lake and was remodeled in 2000. Our home sleeps up to 8 adults. Each bedroom has a queen or king bed, and there is a new queen sleeper in the living room. For kids, there are two pullout cots in the bedrooms. The first level has pergo wood floors throughout. The fully equipped kitchen and dining areas open to a deck with more lake views, jacuzzi and a gas BBQ. The fireplace in the living room adds to the many country and mountain accents that make this a truly unique and special upper quality home.

We will provide ample linens for everyone and we will do the cleaning after you leave.

NOTE:No smoking please. We are asthmatics and would appreciate smoking outside only.

Cancellation
If you cancel more than one month prior I will return your entire deposit. If you cancel less than one month prior and I am able to re-rent the home for your days to someone else I will return your entire deposit. However, if you cancel less than one month before and I cannot re-rent the home, then I will keep your deposit.

There is a $150 cleaning fee for rentals of one week or less.
