The agritourism farm Podere Casenove is located among the green hills of Alta Umbria, near some of the most popular tourist destinations of Umbria, Tuscany, Marche, and Romagna, and is set on a hill at 330 meters above sea-level with a fabulous panorama over the entire Alta Valle del Tevere. It is located in Citerna, a community of ancient Etruscan origin, the territory of which was also densely populated in the Roman era. Podere Casenove agritourism farm is located in Umbria in a section of the community of Citerna in the province of Perugia in a prominent position with regard to the Valtiberina.
Our Agritourism farm is composed of four independent apartments finely furnished and provided with every convenience:


IL NOCIO

One-bedroom apartment of approximately 32 sq.m. that can host up to 4 people; located on the ground floor with independent heating.

The vacation apartment Il Nocio is composed of:


•day room with double sofa bed;
•kitchenette with gas stovetop, refrigerator, drainer, cabinets, drawers, pots and pans, plates, cutlery, table with 4 chairs;
•double bedroom;
•bath with shower;
•outdoor space with table, chairs, and umbrella.

This residence offers a spectacular view over the natural amphitheater of the Valtiberina and the fabulous hills of the medieval village of Citerna.


IL PINO

One-bedroom apartment of approximately 45 sq.m. that can host up to 4 people; located on the ground floor with independent heating.

The vacation apartment Il Pino is composed of:


•large day room with double sofa bed;
•kitchenette with gas stovetop, refrigerator, drainer, cabinets, drawers, pots and pans, plates, cutlery, table with square benches and 2 chairs;
•double bedroom;
•bath with shower;
•outdoor space with table, chairs, and umbrella.

This residence offers a spectacular view over the natural amphitheater of the Valtiberina and the fabulous hills of the medieval village of Citerna.

MAGNOLIA

One-bedroom apartment of 42 approximately sq.m. that can host up to 4 people; it is entirely on the first floor with independent heating.

The vacation apartment Magnolia is composed of:

•kitchenette with gas stovetop, refrigerator, drainer, cabinets, drawers, pots and pans, plates, cutlery, table with 4 chairs;
•double bedroom;
•bath with shower;
•outdoor space on the ground floor with table, chairs and umbrella;
•small outside balcony on the first floor with table and 2 chairs.


QUERCIA ROSSA

One-bedroom apartment of 35 approximately sq.m. that can host up to 3 people; entirely on the first floor with independent heating.

The vacation apartment Quercia Rossa is composed of:


•large day room with double bed;
•kitchenette with gas stovetop, refrigerator, drainer, cabinets, drawers, pots and pans, plates, cutlery, table with 4 chairs;
•double bedroom with view over the Valtiberina;
•bath with shower;
•outdoor space with table, chairs and umbrella;
•small outdoor balcony with table and 2 chairs.

Our vacation apartments are set in greenery and set on a panoramic hill overlooking the entire Umbrian and Tuscan Valley.

Our hospitality facility was created based on an antique farmhouse finely renovated according to the local Umbrian traditions; it is composed of four independent apartments and a private pool available to the guests.

We are in close contact with nature and surrounded by great landscape, religious, and cultural wealth, yet close to the modern conveniences offered by the main centers of Valtiberina such as Sansepolcro and Città di Castello, just minutes away by car.
