Our guests dispose of 3 apartments, a swimming pool, children's playground, a large barbecue area, a bocce field, and a common leisure room called Cantinello (playing cards while sipping our excellent red wines, or watching a classic film). Alex the innkeeper and proprietor, is also a cook... Could be that our guests have tasty pasta or risotto sometime, or taste our sheep cheese and our extra virgen olive oil, and our marmelades. We all speak English and Spanish, in addition of course of Italian.All furnishings (bed, bathroom, table and kitchen), centralized LP gas in the kitchen, warm water, electricity, and many complimentary gifts and services. La Falconara 17th Century Tuscany Rental Home Vacation Rental Payment Methods Accepted
Cash, bank check for the Italians, or with your Credit Card. For stays longer than 3 nights, we ask a 20% guarantee on the total budget thru a bank transfer (from Italy also a mail transfer), or a no-show debit on your Credit Card.
Only heating is calculated seperately, upon consumption, by means of a time-counter: the cost is Eu 2,10 per hour! Since the house has thick walls, it is not difficult to maintain an inside temperature of 18-19º C.
