This luxury four bedroom three bath Orlando vacation villa with pool and spa is situated on a residential community called Crescent Lakes. It is furnished to a very high standard with four bedrooms the master bedroom has a king size bed with large en-suite the 2nd bedroom has a double bed with it's bathroom and the third and fourth bedrooms both have two twin beds and share the third bathroom, lounge, family room, dining area fully equipped kitchen with breakfast nook, and utility room. A high chair, and cot, BBQ are available for your use at no extra cost. The Orlando vacation villa has satellite television in the family room, master bedroom and second bedroom. In the two twin bedrooms they have televisions for either Videos or DVD's. Situated in the Dining room is an X-box to use during your stay. WE ALSO LET THE ORLANDO VILLA OUT AS A THREE BEDROOM VILLA - ASK FOR DETAILS. We have a computer at the villa for internet access for use during your stay.
Outside there is a large deck with lanai to sit under either in the day, or in the evening to at or just enjoy a drink. This location is both secluded and tranquil, yet close enough to all the major attractions in Central Florida.

The villas range from 15 to 20 minutes from Disney and within easy reach of all main attractions. The management is on hand should you need any help during your stay. We now have a computer with internet access for use of our clients during their stay.

The community enjoys an enviable location that is both secluded and tranquil, yet close enough to all major attractions in Central Florida. Crescent Lakes is situated some 12 miles from Walt Disney World off the Poinciana Blvd. This community offers very good facilities for families, such as basket ball/volley ball courts, children's play areas.
There are numerous ways of enjoying the Florida sun with all the attractions of the world's most magical vacation areas within a convenient drive. The charm of Walt Disney World for all ages, visit the different countries at the Epcot Centre. The wonders of the cartoons at Disney-MGM Studios Theme Park, or Universal Studios with the white nuckle rides, and the wonders at Sea World.
For the sun worshippers there is always the sandy beaches with warm waters of the Gulf and the Atlantic. Or a day at the pool with only your family to share the pool.There are a variety of restaurants, shopping precincts and night life approx 10 mins away.
A short drive will take you to one of many golf courses, lakes for fishing and boating, parks and picnic locations in and around the area to name but a few.
