The large private back yard is the perfect place for a fun family game, exploring for geckos, nature watching or relaxing in the hammock. The large very private lanai runs the length of the home and is screened for year-round relaxing and fun. It is equipped with a ping pong table, dart board and other family games. It is the perfect place to read a book or spend quality time with the family.
The private beach access is right outside the back gate which is locked so the little ones can't go to the beach without you. The private access corridor is less than 70 steps and you unlock another gate that opens to a secluded sandy beach (certain times of the year more sand may be present)
