Spend your vacation at our beautiful home just 12 minutes from Disney. We have 4 bedrooms (2 master en-suites) both of which lead directly onto the pool deck area. We have the most fabulous Sunny South West facing large pool with Jacuzzi. There is a Games Room, 51 High Definition Digital TV, Computer with Broadband Internet Access, PS2, Safe, DVD player, crib, highchair, pushchair and lots more. Our rates are inclusive of all taxes and utilities.
The extra large pool and jacuzzi are ideal for relaxing in the Florida sunshine with a large (fully screened) deck area. Why not dine out on those warm evenings, or even take a midnight dip? For the security of the 'little ones' all the doors and windows leading out to the pool deck area are alarmed.
Bedrooms
Your two master bedroom suites (both en-suite) are fully equipped with dressers, night-stands and lamps, radio/alarms, TV/Video (CD Player in the First Master), walk-in closets and a private en-suite bathroom. Both Master Bedrooms have direct access onto the Pool Deck area.
Your twin rooms are ideal for the young (and the young at heart). One is decorated in a Disney theme, while the other matches the tasteful decor of the Master Bedrooms. With their own special bathroom, the rooms are equipped with twin beds, night stands, and lamps, their own TV / Video's (fantastic when you want some time to yourself!) and, in one room, a Playstation 2 and Games!
You'll enjoy the benefit of air conditioning and fans in each bedroom.
Pool and Deck
We knew you'd want the very best - so we installed an extra-large pool and deck. Hate those pesky flies and bugs you always get when you're on holiday? So do we. The swimming pool and patio are covered by a 'bird/insect cage' . So while the kids are splashing around in the pool, you can luxuriate in the Jacuzzi in perfect comfort. For your peace of mind, the windows and doors leading to the pool are protected by child safety alarms. The pool faces a fantastic South Westerly direction therefore benefiting from great sunsets every evening and the warm Florida sunshine all day.
Kitchen
If you fancy a snack, your bright, airy kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, ice-maker, toaster, coffee maker and much more. When you fancy an evening in, there are full cooking facilities, including a microwave, blender, dishwasher, washer and dryer. Overlooking the living area, you'll never feel like you're hidden away, slaving over the stove. As you'd expect, there is an extensive range of kitchen utensils, crockery and cutlery.
The villa also benefits from a Utility room - with all the facilities you need to get those little perishers' clothes spick and span - washing machine, tumble dryer and even (groan!) an ironing board for when you really need it
Reception Rooms - Living Room, Family Room and Dining Room
We have 3 spacious Reception Rooms: Our Family Room includes 51 High Definition Digital Television, video, stereo system and a DVD player. Our Living Room is a quieter room where you can sit and read or catch a moment or two to yourself! Both the Family Room and Living Room have direct access onto the Pool Deck area.
There is also a separate dining room for those more formal evenings in.
There's so much space at Disney Villa, you can fan out across the house and do whatever you like - even when there's eight of you under the same roof! With Playstation games, music, DVD's, Videos and all those TV channels, you'll never be stuck for something to do...
Washer / dryer facilities and linens / towels are provided.
Take your choice of where you eat! At the breakfast table or watching TV in the comfortable family room. How about on the patio by the pool, with an overhead fan to keep you cool? For those special family moments, sit up to table in the Dining Room and talk about the fun you've had today.

You'll enjoy an easy drive from Orlando International Airport to the Villa, approximately 35 minutes. At Disney Villa you're just off Highway 27, just 2 miles from the Interstate 4 and within easy striking distance of all the main attractions and the two coasts. Disney is just 12 minutes drive away.
You'll find that Tuscan Ridge is peaceful, quiet, and surrounded by orange groves and woodland. There is easy access to the nearby shops and restaurants. Children can play safely in the Playground while the adults can enjoy a game of tennis on the local court or a an hour in the Gym. You'll easily be able to maintain your cold drink supply for those warm days relaxing by the pool, as the supermarket, bank and restaurants are only minutes away ..
The Villa benefits from security coded entrance which takes out the inconvenience of collecting keys from a Management Company and also everyone will be able to gain access to the Villa without swapping keys around.

Disney Villa is right at the heart of all the fun. Disney, Universal Studios, Sea World and Wet N' Wild are just some of the great attractions this area has to offer, with thrills for everyone young and old(er!)
Walt Disney World (WDW) opened on October 1st, 1971 and since then has transformed this area into one the world's great travel destinations. The park is a big as some cities and contains many large attractions that your whole family is sure to enjoy. At MGM Studios WDW, visitors can go behind the scenes of many popular TV and motion picture shows and learn how special effects and animation are created as well as see live stunt demonstrations. You can also see how props, sets and costumes are used in movies. The Magic Kingdom WDW is a favorite of many visitors because it has so much to offer. There are 7 different themed lands that make up this park. Visitors can join in an adventure with Caribbean Pirates, ride in the Wild West as a Frontier Cowboy or visit Mickey, Donald Duck, Minnie Mouse and all of their favorite Disney characters. Many other great theme parks can also be found just minutes away from WDW. Universal Studios has many thrilling rides and fabulous live shows focusing on TV and movie themes. Why not visit Daytona Beach - the home of the Daytona race track and 23 miles of the most beautiful sandy beaches. Just drive along the beach and pick your spot! For a watery experience that blows your mind, why not try a Fan-Boat Trip. It's a white knuckle dash through the swamps, punctuated by eerie calm as the wash settles and the wild life drifts closer... Was that an Alligator!?!
