If you must cancel, please do so prior to 30 days so the unit can be re-rented. If unit is re-rented you will receive your damage/security deposit less $35.00 cancellation fee. Otherwise, your deposit will be forfeited. If an emergency occurs less than 30 days prior to your arrival and you must cancel, please call ASAP and every effort will be made to re-rent it. Deposits will be refunded due to impending hurricane.
Add 11.5% lodging tax and $50 cleaning fee
