Santa Barbara Beach Penthouse 2 blocks to Beach Vacation Rental Payment Methods Accepted

A deposit of 50% of the rental fee, plus $300 refundable security deposit, are required 30+ days prior to the stay, in order to secure a reservation. The remaining 50% are due 30 days before check-in.
