Private courtyard with Italian fountains, abundant flowers, gas grill, chaise lounges and 2 sets of table and chairs Exquisite antique furnishings, which date to the late 1800's, were hand selected and imported from Europe. One bedroom offers a French queen rosewood feather bed and matching armoire. The second bedroom offers a queen walnut parquet feather bed and matching dresser & mirror.
Each bedroom is complimented with an adjoining full bath. The bathrooms are immaculate - all new with limestone floors, granite countertops, romantic tub and shower with dual showerheads, and custom Santa Barbara style cabinets.
The kitchen is a chef's dream. It has granite counter tops, limestone floors and custom cabinets made by our own local cabinetmaker PJ Mulligan. It has state of the art appliances- sub zero refrigerator, Wolf's Chef Top stove, convection oven, microwave, dishwasher and of course a washer and dryer.
The living room is grand and warm - a great gathering area with a Waterford fireplace to add to its ambiance. It has a custom-built entertainment center, which houses a 36-inch TV, DVD and stereo. A down filled leather couch (queen sleeper) from Australia was brought in to accompany the two overstuffed Venetian chairs.
Enjoy the views, through the glass doors, to the courtyard and grand Italian fountain. The private courtyard has abundant flowers and green shrubbery that can be enjoyed on chaise lounges and wrought iron dining table and chairs. A large gas grill has also been provided for enjoyment of our local flavors.
Portable crib & high chair upon request
