The Las Banos Public Pool is located 2 blocks down, directly on the beach. Best you will get for location and money - A winning combination of quality and location!
We are located 2 blocks from the Beach, Main Street downtown and the Wharf. We also offer on-site private reserved parking. You can leave your car & worries behind.
A few helpful hints when comparing to our Beach Competitors: We are not adjacent to the railroad tracks or highway. We are not on a commercial thorough fare. We offer private on site reserved parking and are on one level (no steep stairs leading to an attic that you can not stand up in). Finally, we offer bathrooms that are new and immaculately clean.
My husband and I spent a year working with craftsmans and designers to create a unique Santa Barbara vacation rental reflecting the style of the early 1900's and Santa Barbara. We have also been in business for over 4 years as valued members of the Santa Barbara Chamber of Commerce.

A deposit of 50% of the rental fee, plus $300 damage deposit in order to secure a reservation.
The remaining 50% are due 30 days before check-in.
50% of the rental fee, excluding the refundable security deposit, will not be returned if cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the rental start date, unless property is leased to another for that period
