Bermuda-style cottage in Truman Annex Vacation Rental Payment Methods Accepted
I take personal checks, bank checks and money orders in US dollars. Some guests choose to wire money. You can also use a credit card through www.PayPal.com which is safe and secure.

I ask for 20% of the guest rate which is promptly returned to you when I receive back my keys and my cleaning service assures me that my family heirlooms have not been cleaned out. The deposit is separate from the rent itself.
Should you cancel up to 60 days in advance and I am not able to find a new guest for my home, the deposit will be forfeited. If you cancel from 60 days in advance until you are due to arrive, I would return your check for the stay if I can get a another renter at the same rate. but the deposit must be forfeited.
