$50 on Credit Card, pay balance at check-in. A $100 to $400 security deposit required, depending on season. A 30 day cancellation notice is required for refund of the security deposit.
Low season $100 deposit. High season $200 deposit, Premium Season $400 deposit (Spring Break and July 4th week)
$50 cancel fee, $250 Penalty if cancel within 30 days.
