The villa has two dining areas providing seating for 10.The family room is very comfortable with a 100 plus channel TV and DVD players. The patio doors lead out to the large private pool & deck area, with patio table, chairs, and sun loungers. Laundry There is a laundry room with its own separate washing machine and tumble dryer. Master Bedroom With En-suite Master bedroom 1 is en-suite with a queen size bed and amour, the en-suite bathroom includes his & hers sinks vanity units, toilet, separate shower and Roman bath.
Patio doors lead onto the pool & deck area.
Further Bedrooms Master bedrooms 1 & 2 has an en-suite bathroom and queen size bed with an amour & mirror, and closet. The further two bedrooms comprise of two twin beds, All bedrooms have, amours and closets. Door leading to pool area. Bathroom Three The third bathroom is located between the two twin bedded rooms, the bathroom has vanity unit with its own toilet and combined shower bath. Pool Area The swimming pool is completely screened to keep the bugs out, and is surrounded by a good amount of cool decking, ideal for that all important Florida suntan. The swimming pool has an electric heater for those cooler winter days. The pool area is fully secluded.
The villa is fully air-conditioned. Kitchen The villa has a fully equipped kitchen/dinette including; large fridge/freezer, large cooker, dishwasher, microwave oven, waste disposal and a full range of cooking utensils
