In order to have your deposit returned, written cancellation must be received thirty (30) days prior to check-in date for all properties rented for less than one month and sixty (60) day written cancellation notice for all properties rented for one month or more. There is a $20.00 processing fee for all cancellations and for all change of reservation dates.
