There is a very cheap supermarket behind the building, a local market in the square just behind the house with very thypical bread shop, fish shop and local stores. There is a commercial area open even on Sunday and untill 10 p.m. The completelly restored studio is located in the town centre of Rome, 10 minutes walking distance to Via Veneto and close to Villa Borghese, the Central Park of town. Nearby (Castro Pretorio) underground station, many busses (Piazza Fiume 3 minutes from house).

INT 4 Vacation Rental Payment Methods Accepted
25% at reservation via bank transfer or paypal. The balance cash on arriva. Periods longer than 15 nights, utilities consumptions not comprise, 100 euroas each month, plus 200 against damages, 50 euros for final cleaning. For the use of air conditioning 5 euros more each day.Check in after 3 p.m. Departure before 10 a.m. Check in after 8 p.m. 30 euros more. After 12 p.m. 50 euros more.
