A $300 security deposit is required for Units 1, 2, 3, & 6.
A $ 500 security deposit is required for Units 4, 5, 11101 & 11103.
A $1000 security deposit is required for Villa del Mar.
Cancellation
Deposits are non-refundable for the Spring and Holiday seasons, unless the Unit is re-rented at which time there will be a 15% transaction fee.
Deposits for Non-spring and Non-Holiday seasons if done 60 days prior to arrival will be eligible for a credit voucher minus $100 for a future stay within one year of your reservation date.
