To guarantee your reservation, we require a minimum 50% deposit at the time the reservation is made.



Cancellations of reservations less than 120 days prior to scheduled arrival date will result in the loss of the entire deposit.



Rental rates do NOT include 10% local taxes or security deposit. The security deposit is $500 and is refundable after checkout is no damage or loss is evident. A departure cleaning fee is INCLUDED in the rental rates. 5 night minimum at Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's. **6/27/09-7/04/09 rate is $5400.
