The Garden Cottage is situated towards the center of the island, literally 10 minutes from the capital 12-15 minutes from the Airport and about the smae distance from any beach on the island. Public transportation to almost any point on the island is best at this location. The only place you have to take a taxi to go to is back to the Airport.

These four cottages are self-contained. The only thing they do not have is, A/C. This is simply because of the vast amount of fresh breeze which rushes to you from the east cost and through the vast span of flat Estate ruins to the east of the cottages. On completion of the second/final phase you will have a sizeable swimming pool just in the event you do not want to drive to the beach.
Being an old estate plantation, you will have the ability to go horseback riding, nature walking. From your patio, you will be amongst the first to see the sunrise, you will get views on the Potworks dam(Largest fresh water catchment area on the island). You are very close to the worlds' famous Nelson's dockyard and the Falmouth Harbour ( Ideal for sailing week fans)
