The Main Building has 5 guestrooms, each with a private bath. Guests of these rooms share a main living room with a large fireplace, library, a beautiful porch overlooking Hickory Nut Gorge, and a big-screen TV. #3 in the Main Building also has its own private deck and fireplace. All lodging accommodations have central air conditioning, all bedrooms sleep two people and are made into two twin beds or one king-size bed, as requested by guests. Except where noted, all bathrooms have bath/showers.
The East Cottage has a central living room and two bedrooms with private baths which are all finished with dark pine paneling. Rock fireplaces in all of the rooms give this accommodation a lovely country cottage flavor. Each bedroom will sleep two people in either two twin beds or one king-size bed, as requested on reservation. The cottage has a large covered balcony.
The Honeymoon Cottage is a favorite of those who enjoy a more rustic cabin. It has a living area with fireplace, a cozy bedroom with a queen bed, a dressing room off of the bathroom, and a covered balcony.
Hilltop offers panoramic views from every room. Two spacious bedrooms flank a central living room with a fireplace and a porch. A kitchen area is equipped with a refrigerator and wet-bar. Each bedroom has a twin bed and a queen bed. Easy access to the tennis courts and hiking trails are also reasons to consider the Hilltop Cottage.
Farview is a three bedroom, three bath house offering panoramic views through large picture windows in every room. Farview has an open, airy feeling with pine and walnut paneling complimenting the view of the mountain scenery. The west wing of Farview has two bedrooms and two baths. Each bedroom will sleep two people in either two twin beds or one king-size bed, as requested on reservation. The east wing of the house (Farview #3) can be utilized as a separate suite or an additional accommodation for large families or groups.

The top floor has one bedroom, a bathroom, living room, and a covered porch. Downstairs, there are two more bedrooms, a bathroom and another covered porch. Relax in tranquility or Recreate in this spectacular setting. Seven miles of private hiking trails to overlooks and waterfalls originate just outside the front door of the lodge. Two swimming pools, two tennis courts and a platform tennis court are nestled into the mountainside. From our boathouse on Lake Lure, our guests enjoy a flotilla of twelve boats and numerous water-sports activities for no extra charge. Paddle canoes or kayaks, or pilot a Ranger bass boat or either of our eight or twelve passenger Duffy electric boats. Boat rides and water-skiing are available on our pontoon boat and two Supra Launch inboard ski boats which are piloted by experienced driver/instructors. Anglers fish for trout and bass in the lake as well as trout in the streams. The Biltmore Estate, Chimney Rock Park, Blue Ridge Parkway and the numerous small villages and towns that offer galleries, restaurants and eclectic music venues surround the Chalet in a twenty mile radius.
