I have stayed at many places on the Gulf's Beaches and I have to say the Collwood is by far the nicest. The managers were polite, there when you needed them but not obtrusive at all. The booking agent Ed Cohen was delightful, kind and more then happy to answer any and all questions. Absolutely consider the Collwood for your next stay at the beaches.

ithink that 406 is the best condo you have at the collwood we have stayed init for the past 2yrs that we have been down to maderia beach and it will be our third year in this particular condo we like maderia beach very much but we been coming to florida for the past 7-8 yrs and wouldnt miss it out
we always have a great vacation and most best condo there ever since we been to maderia beach we think that all the condos we stayed that 406 is the very best
