Personal Checks and Major Credit Cards are accepted. Deposits
One third of total rent or $300, whichever is greater, payable by credit card. Remainder of rent and cleaning fee must be received at least two weeks prior to scheduled arrival. There is no security deposit but your credit card information is kept on file and in the unlikely event of damage or loss replacement cost will be charged.

Cancellation
No refund of deposit, but return of remainder in the event of unforeseen emergencies.

& Taxes
For rentals of less than 28 consecutive nights the mandatory 11.5% Palm Springs city transient occupancy tax will be added. All utilities, including hi-speed wireless DSL for your computer, are included. The condo will be professionally cleaned prior to your arrival. There is an additional one time cleaning fee of $90.
