Both have huge walk-in closets.
The living room is nicely decorated, and has plush and ample seating, an entertainment center, and a small bar. Dine in the spacious but cozy kitchen, at the mirrored bar, or 'al fresco' on the private covered patio directly overlooking the swimming pool and spa.
Pets are not allowed; and this is strictly a no smoking property.

Palm Springs Golf Condo Vacation Rental Payment Methods Accepted
Cash, check, money order, or major credit card.
Credit cards accepted: Yes
One third of total rent or $300 whichever is greater, payable by major credit card, as a non-refundable booking deposit. The remainder and cleaning fee may be made by check anytime up until two weeks prior to arrival. There is no security deposit but your credit card number is kept on file in the unlikely event there losses or damage.
The booking deposit is non-refundable; unless I have enough time and am able to re-rent the property over the period. All additional monies collected may be refunded in the event there is a valid emergency.
All taxes and utilities are included. The condo is professionally cleaned before you arrive. There is an additional cleaning fee of $90.
