The large master suite has a king size bed and a separate private patio with cozy secluded seating for two. The second sleeping area has a firm, new, comfortable full-size double bed, and it's own separate full bathroom with walk-in shower. During the summer of 2004 this property has been completely renovated and redecorated with new carpeting and floor tiles. Much of the furniture, kitchenware, and decor is all fairly new.

A non-refundable reservation deposit of one third of the total cost or $300, whichever is greater. The deposit must be paid by credit card. The remaining rent and cleaning fee may be paid by money order, personal check, or credit card no later than two weeks prior to arrival.
The reservation deposit is non-refundable. In the event of an emergency, any monies collected beyond that may be refunded. If the reservation is cancelled far enough in advace and the unit can be re-rented without loss, the deposit will be refunded.
For rentals of less than 28 consecutive nights the manditory 11.5% Palm Springs city transient occupancy tax will be added. The property is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival, so there is a one time cleaning fee of $90 in addition to the rent. We collect no security deposit, but your credit card information is kept on file in the unlikely event there are losses or damages.
