Security equal to the amount of the rental but no more than one month's rent to be paid to the Owner as above. Security will be held until after property is inspected by Owner after the rental period.

Cancellation
50% of the deposit amount will be forfeited to the Owner if the tenant cancels more than 30 days in advance of the start date of the rental period, thereafter there will be no return of the deposit.
