It is in a small New York loft building with NO elevator. There are two easy flights of stairs to access the loft. There is a very large and lovely main living area with plenty of room for lounging and dining. In the living area is a large slanted skylight providing brightness and a fantastic look. The kitchen is well-appointed with stainless steel appliances including stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer and dishwasher. There are three comfortable, quiet, private bedrooms. Two of them have comfortable queen-sized beds. The master bedroom with en-suite bath and dressing room has a king-sized bed. Comfortable Aerobeds can be provided for additional guests. There are two lovely full baths, one with sink, toilet and tub/shower combination and one en-suite (accessible both from the master bedroom and the hallway) with sink, toilet and beautiful stall shower. The loft is very conveniently located for shopping, theaters and sightseeing. There is a 150.00 cleaning fee for all stays of up to one week and an additional 150.00 cleaning fee for any subsequent week or part thereof.

Cancellation
Cancellation Policy: If notice of cancellation is received 20 days or less prior to guest’s scheduled arrival date, in addition to the non refundable deposit submitted upon confirmation, an additional amount equal to 25% of the full amount, will be charged to the credit card (to total 50% of the full amount). If notice of cancellation is received 10 days or less prior to guest’s scheduled arrival date, the full amount (100%) of the fee due for the entire scheduled stay will be charged to the credit card.

If notice of cancellation is received 10 days or less prior to guest’s scheduled arrival date, payment of entire scheduled stay will be charged to the credit card or taken from deposit.
