Description

This 7000 sq. ft. new villa is perched high on a breezy ridge in the prestigious Cap Estate residential area just above the internationally renowned Royal St Lucian Golf Club. The house boasts one of the most spectacular panoramic views in the north of the island. Looking left to the Atlantic Sea around to the mountains of the interior and right to the Caribbean Sea with the golf course just below.

Built on three levels, it is light, cool and airy. The kitchen, and open-plan dining and sitting rooms on the main floor all have doors which open on to the wide verandah, which extends down the length of the house to a super large pavilion - ideal for barbecues and al fresco dining with a back drop of a panorama of St Lucia.

Steps lead from the verandah to the pool deck. Two bedroom suites are on this level with their own patios, on either side of the beautiful 45` long Roman-style pool. A gazebo provides shade with a bar and refrigerator for poolside drinks.

On the upstairs floor the two spacious main bedrooms each have typical Caribbean `pickled` timber cathedral ceilings (similar to the lower rooms) with 4 poster beds, bathrooms with bath and shower, walk-in dressing rooms and terraces.

Payment Methods Accepted

We must receive a deposit of 20% to secure your dates and unit. 40% deposit 6 weeks before arrival,and the balance 40% is due upon arrival. We accept (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express). Once your reservation is made via our secure reservations page or by telephone or fax, you will receive a receipt in 24 hours. You can also pay with cash or travellers cheques upon arrival.

Deposits

Bookings made for less than 7 days,will require the full payment. Bookings made less than 6 weeks before arrival will require a 60% deposit and balance due upon arrival.

Cancellation & Return Policy

The cancellation fee charged is 25% of payment once made before arrival. Cancellations done while here will result in paying for the total number of days occupied and a 50% deduction in the balance.
