In the event of a timely (15 days prior to arrival) cancellation and your security deposit is made by credit card/check/money order/cash, your security deposit will be refunded minus a $ 25.00 administration fee. Should you cancel 14 days or less prior to arrival the security deposit will not be refunded. When you make a reservation, we hold that cabin for you and expect you to notify us as soon as possible if you are unable to keep this reservation. Call the office or our residence. Do not rely on leaving a message on the answering machine. If we are not notified of the cancellation you will be considered a NO SHOW and you will owe the entire rent for the time we have held the Blue Ridge cabin for you.
