We are a small condominium about a hundred yards from the beach in Port Aransas, Texas. Each condo has one bedroom with extra sleeping in the living room, usually a futon or a pullout sofa. Upstairs units have private balconies with a view of the Gulf of Mexico. Downstairs units have a semi-private porch.
Every condo has a fully equipped kitchen and in-unit washer/dryer. Each has a television in the living room and another in the bedroom. We take pride in a clean and well-maintained vacation spot.
Some condos accept pets. Ask us if we have a pet-friendly unit available.

Nearby Attractions of Sand & Surf Condominiums Vacation Rental
Port Aransas is a small town and everything is nearby. Fishing guides and fishing charters are plentiful. There are four free public fishing piers in the channel and the county has a pier into the Gulf of Mexico for a modest fee. Many others simply fish from the jetty.
The beach is a walk of a little over 100 yards from your condo. It's almost impossible to leave without visiting one of the souvenir shops. And you do not find cookie-cutter restaurants here. Almost all are locally owned with their own distinctive flavor.
Port Aransas is also a supremely photogenic town, so be sure to bring your camera. Another free form of entertainment is just getting to our island, particularly if you ride the ferry coming from Aransas Pass; be sure to watch for dolphins in the channel.
If you want to get into the city, Corpus Christi is a short drive away. Among its many attractions are the U.S.S. Lexington, a World War II aircraft carrier that is now a floating museum, and the Texas State Aquarium.
