This Brewster vacation home sleeps 4-6 people. There are two bedrooms: the master has a brand new Sealy Posturpedic pillow-top super comfy queen sized bed and the 2nd bedroom has two twin beds. The living room has a full sized pull out futon. There is eat-in kitchen that is well appointed with stove/oven fridge microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, and cookware. There is a full bath, as well as an outdoor hot/cold shower. The living room has a TV CABLE and DVD player as well as stereo CD. The backyard is shaded and has a gas grill for your use. There is parking space available for up to two cars. All you need to do is bring your own food, linens, towels etc. There is weekly housekeeping available for multi-week rentals so call for details.
