Hi Rita, I want to let you know that my three teacher friends and I had a terrific time at your condo in Surfside last week! You have a wonderful place that we enjoyed every minute that we were there! You were so right about the beach being quieter than farther south down the beach toward the city. We enjoyed everything about the place: the pool, the beach, the water, Jessie the doorman who was so polite and so helpful, and the Russian maintenance man who was so friendly and fixed the air conditioner before it got too hot. We meant to get his name, but forgot. We are all avid basketball fans and enjoyed dinner around the TV and coffee table most evenings. We made it a point to keep the rental car in the underground parking area and walked to the Publix each afternoon for our evening dinner items. Everything and everyone was so interesting. We drove to South Beach three times and enjoyed our dinner (and all the great PEOPLE WATCHING!) each time (once on Ocean Blvd and twice on Lincoln). Thank you for providing us with soap and paper products. This seems like such a small thing, however, we travel a lot and these are the small things that mean so much to a traveler who thinks about purchasing bread, cheese, and wine, but not about toilet paper and hand soap, so thank you for thinking of this! We weren't sure what to do about leftover food in the refrigerator, so we left it in the hopes that maybe someone could use some of the items. We appreciated having several keys to the unit so that we could split up and do our own thing throughout the day. It would have been nice to have a second fob (to get into the pool area and the building). The information in the 3 ring binder said that we could punch in a # down by the pool, but there was no # pad to do that. Maybe we missed something here. In the end, when one of us didn't have the fob, we walked around to the front of the building and got in that way. All in all, it was a wonderful week thanks in large part to your lovely condo on the lovely Surfside beach! Thanks again for everything! If we decide to return to Miami for another school spring break, we will be sure to get in touch with you!

Me my wife and my son enjoy the place. We all visiting many eastearn US sea cost resort and this one reach a 5 note even with the sea weed grass problem for my wife and the too quit place for my 14 years old son. The condo is superb and Rita is a great help for a french speaking family from Quebec. Suzie just wrote her comments on the guest book and they match mine but she differ in opinion about the uniform sun tan she can get on the beach as i make a remark to her just in watching the folks on the beach... That's one of the place we will revisit again even for Nicolas. I recommend the place at 100%
