Cancellation
Cancellation: 80% of your deposit is refundable if the reservation is canceled at least two weeks prior to your scheduled arrival date; or you may reschedule your stay once for a later date subject to availability. If you cancel within two weeks of your scheduled arrival day you may be subject to forfeiture of your lodging payments (excluding tax and cleaning) unless we are able to re-book the property. In the event we are able to book another guest you will be refunded at the rate of the new reservation. Christmas/New Years reservations become non-refundable after December 1st.
