The duplex at Cité Voltaire is spread out over two levels. The entry is on street level, so there are no stairs to climb at the end of a tiring day, and you are a short walk away from your private parking space as well as the metro. The entry contains a large office space. The stairs immediately to the left descend to a private bedroom with separate toilet, shower, and bathing areas. The top floor continues on to the kitchen and dining / living area. Double glass doors and windows lead to the private patio fully enclosed by walls covered in ferns. In the living room, the two large couches transform into two single beds, or swing together on a hinge to form a large double bed. The apartment sleeps up to four people (two couples or one couple and two children / guests.) Enough table settings have been provided for six people.
Heating/AC- radiant floor heating and automatic ventilation system which ensures a constant renewal of fresh air in the entire space all day long.
Square Footage and Amenities:- 2 cordless phones, one in the livingroom, one in the bedroom (Outgoing telephone communication is possible on special demand, and (it will be asked a special deposit for it) is to billed to the client each time the deposit wil be spended and at last at the end of their stay.- a NEW !
