PoliciesWe do not allow guests to rent from us unless they are at least 25 years or older. Pets are not allowed. All of our vacation homes are non-smoking inside. Maximum occupancy is 4 adults + 2 children.$300 security deposit is required for each unit booked.Dates can not be secured until a deposit is received. Deposit is fully refundable within 21 days after check-out, if there is no damage or excessive cleaning required. Deposit is nor-refundable in the case of a cancellation within 60 days of check-in.The full rental amount is due 60 days prior to your check-in. If rental is cancelled before check-in, any amount in re-booking the unit will be refunded.Check-in is anytime after 3:00 PM and Check-out at 10:00 AM. No late Check-out is permitted without prior approval.
