Description
This waterfront cottage is nestled at the base of a mountain right on a quiet, non-motorized lake. We are 20 minutes from the north slopes of Mont Tremblant. It features a new 2-Person large cedar-surround Jacuzzi tub in the king size master bedroom, perfect for those quiet evenings at the cottage. There is a large, bright dining room that seats 8 comfortably - and when seated at the table, you will see nothing but a full and gorgeous view of the lake through 3 full wall high windows. It is a private and quiet surrounding, with a private road entrance and wooded tree-lines at the property edge.
In the summer, the chalet is a perfect family retreat, with playgrounds and tennis courts right at our lake, and huge flat grassed lawn fit for a full sized volleyball game! We have Speakled Trout fishing right off the dock, and very shallow and accessible swimming. We provide a peddleboat and a canoe to explore the lake. There is gorgeous hiking and biking trails right near the cottage. We gladly accept your family pet as well. In wintertime, when not relaxing in the 2 person jacuzzi, there is a Victorian style glassed woodburning stove and Cable TV & DVD for your comfort and enjoyment.
We are in the heart of the Laurentians, ideally situated in the Laurentian Triangle of Ste-Agathe, St.Donat, and Mont Tremblant, with easy access to all. We are 15 minutes from Ste-Agathe, and 30 minutes by country road (or main highway) to Mont Tremblant Village. We are 20 minutes from excellent downhill skiing and world-class golfing. Enjoy all the activities the Tremblant Region has to offer, but be able to return to a private, peaceful setting to wind-down.
We also have 5 other LAKEFRONT COTTAGES in the Tremblant Region (2-4 bdrms). Each differ in price and amenity, to suit every taste and budget. All ideal for families or small groups.

Cheque, email money transfers, bank transfers, cash, money orders - CA$ or US$ funds accepted.
Deposits
50% to reserve; balance due on day of arrival. We meet you at the cottages on your first day.
NOTE: We have a very flexible CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT times in the off-season (fall/winter/spring). Weekend rentals can arrive anytime Friday and leave anytime Sunday (if there is no booking immediately prior or following your rental). Flexible weekly rentals as well. We do our best to work around your schedule.
Cancellation & Return Policy
Deposit is non-refundable, although may be applied in full for an alternate standby off-season rental date with no penalty or administration charges. You will receive a lease agreement upon booking which outlines details.
Fees & Taxes
No additional taxes, cleaning or royalty fees. A savings of 15% or more compared to other similar accommodations.
Optional firewood charge if desired.
$50/weekend additional charge for parties of over 6 people (6-8 persons). Over 8, please email to inquire.
$100 weekly additional charge for parties over 6 people (6-8 persons). Over 8, please email to inquire.
Rates may differ for HOLIDAYS / LONG WEEKENDS. Rates also subject to change.
