We invite you to rent our home in Margaree Cape Breton Island, Nova Scotia if you enjoy the quiet of a country setting, spend time outdoors, or enjoy the Celtic flavour of the Margarees. The home is situated in a spacious field with a brook on one side which flows into the Margaree river behind our house. We will direct you to the waterfalls, a must for the energetic! The house is fully furnished has (3) double bedrooms, one on first floor, two upstairs,complete bath with shower, living area, kitchen with small pantry and portch leading out on deck, small den off 1st floor bedroom, blankets, towels, linens, etc; electric stove, fridge, washer and dryer ,TV, w. satellite dish,DVD just name it and it is in our house! s. We only ask you to bring your own food and beach towels If you wish more information just contact us.

Inverness is 10 -15 minute drive to 3 wonderful sand-filled beaches. People tell us they can travel or be at the beach and then come home to the privacy of your own home. In a day you can either visit Alexander Graham Bell Museum, or Louisbourg, or the Cabot Trail. We can give you wonderful places to stop and view while travelling the Cabot T. We are in the heart of Celtic culture, concerts and dances to keep your feet tapping. People have come to stay with us who love to fish salmon as far away as Germany. You can just sit and watch the eagles soar overhead, relax ,read a book or just be . A good place for musicians, writers or artists.
