The main house consists of a living area (with satellite TV, portable stereo with CD player, and telephone), dining area (seats 8), fully equipped open kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The Master bedroom offers ocean and pool view and features a king size bed, a walk-in closet, a private bathroom, and an en-suite Jacuzzi. The second and third bedrooms have two single beds each (that can be joined upon request) and share one bathroom. The fourth bedroom is separate from the main house and is located below the terrace. It has two joined single beds (that can be separated upon request) and it's own bathroom. This bedroom is best suited for young adults as the ceiling is not very high (approx 2.10 meters). The fifth bedroom is also separate from the main house and is referred to as the tower room. It's fully surrounded by ceiling high glass widows, giving it full ocean view and nice breeze. This room has a private terrace and it's own tropical open-air bathroom. Because of its private entrance, this is perfect for those who want to be a little separate from the main house.All bedrooms are air-conditioned.

Acosta Villa will be cleaned three times a week (Monday, Wednesday and Friday). Bed linen and towels are both present in the villa and will be replaced by the cleaner. Toilet paper, soaps and garbage bags will be placed in the villa prior to your arrival.

Located on the same property as Sunset Waters Beach Resort. Guests can walk from villa to hotel in just 2 minutes and can make use of beach, tennis courts, water facilities, miniature golf, bar & restaurant. Spectacular diving nearby. Both shore and boat dives are possible.

This location is approximately 15 miles from the airport, 25 miles from downtown, and only minutes from Christofel Park, a protected wildlife preserve and garden covering 4,500 acres of land and featuring great hiking, mountain biking, car tours and nature walks. Cancellations received up to 45 days prior to arrival date will be charged 50% of total reservation unless otherwise specified. Cancellations less than 45 days prior to arrival date will be charged 100% of total reservation.
