This historic converted barn offers lots of charm and complete seclusion, yet is walking distance (exactly one mile) to the center of Woodstock, NY, a thriving center of music and art. Off one of the prettiest roads in the area, the Catskills rental house is set on a expansive lawn that affords beautiful views and leads to private stream frontage and a private swimming hole.

There are four bedrooms: A beautiful master bedroom suite has a king-size bed and private bath, with views of fields, woods and stream; a second large bedroom with a queen-size bed offers gorgeous views of the stream and a spectacular large barn; the third bedroom has two antique twin beds and a children's play table and chairs and has the same stream view. A sitting room on the first floor has a brand new Tempurpedic sofa bed. On the lawn are two Adirondack chairs facing the stream, a large swing set, a hammock, a picnic table, and the lawn is large and flat - perfect for sports and parties.

The Woodstock vacation house is fully equipped - dishes, pots/pans, linens, washer/dryer, dishwasher, high-speed Internet, cable TV, DVD and CD players, toys/games/puzzles. Perfect for families with kids. The brick floor on the first floor and a powerful attic fan keep the Woodstock house really cool in the summer. An insulated hot water tank minimizes the use of the boiler to keep water hot.
