Mountain House is a large rustic cabin with a high vaulted wood ceilings in chalet style construction. It's located near Bear Valley Ski area off Highway 4 at 5200 feet. The cabin is situated on a 1/2 acre lot in the tall pine, ceder and fur trees. It's easily accessible with all the roads and drive way plowed throughout the winter months. And the cabin is only minutes from Hwy 4 just above the quaint hamlet of Camp Connell.

The cabin has two bedrooms downstairs with queen size beds and a very large loft upstairs with two queen size beds, a full and a twin bed. There are two full baths, one on each floor plus laundry facilites and a dish washer. In addition we have central head and a wood stove with lots of stacked firewood outside. the large deck sits out in the middle of the tall trees and is an excellent place to kick back and relax in the summer months.

The historic towns of Murphy's and Angel's Camp are only a half hour away and lastly the Stanislaus River is accessible for fishing only fifteen minutes from the cabin front door.
