We offer our beautiful ski in/out vacation home away from home in historic Breckenridge. This is a great way to experience Colorado's Rocky Mountains. New owners host this spectacular home in which you will find top of the line comfort, cleanliness, and luxury in our three bedroom + den, three and a half bath duplex. We have new quality towels and linens throughout. Our gourmet kitchen with granite is fully stocked with a large variety of cookware, new dinnerware, utensils, serving pieces, all new small appliances, platters and spices. We have everything you would need for both a quiet meal and a Holiday feast.

Beautiful views, private hot tub, radiant floor heating, steam shower, a large gourmet kitchen and Direct TV in five rooms are just some of the amenities offered in our Gold King home. With this open floor plan everyone can gather together at the end of the day in front of the gas rock fireplace. Our home sleeps 14 in beds. Gold King has parking for three cars including one in the garage.

Our Main floor also houses the living room and entertainment center stocked with Direct TV w/DVR recorder, stereo, and a selection of DVD's, CD's, books and games, dining and counter areas, sleeper sofa, New leather sofa, 2 new leather chairs, a half bathroom, a double-sided gas rock fireplace, well stocked gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, rear deck with BBQ and hot tub, front deck with ski mountain view.

Ski down the street and right to the lifts, then at the end of the day take the trail from Peak 10 and head for home.
