Our Whistler Family Chalet is a very comfortable four bedroom (sleeps 6 -8 with kids) house with 3 bathrooms - your home away from home! We also like to use our place and make sure that it is kept well maintained and ready for you.

The living room has a vaulted wood ceiling, cable TV with a DVD and video player and a wood burning fireplace. It also has a wonderful window seat just perfect for some relaxing reading and a view of the ski runs on Whistler Mountain.

The family room aso has a vaulted wood ceiling, a heated cork floor and large comforable couches that can accomodate up to 10 people. There is a 36 TV/DVD with cable, foosball table (everyone seems to love this for some apres-ski competition!) and a small loft with a playstation - perfect for teenagers to escape. We also have lots of board games for after skiing. The family room is totally seperate from the bedrooms allowing kids (or others) to go to bed early without being disturbed!

The kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops and heated slate floor. The dining table expands to seat 10 (chairs for 10).

Our place has good parking and the back entrance is only 6 steps down to the door!

There is a private 6 - 8 person hot tub and exterior deck c/w barbecue and outdoor furniture. In the summer, this is a wonderful place to sit and enjoy the mountains. The hot tub is professionally maintained.

You can walk to Whistler Creekside (Less than 1 mile) where you can catch the gondola up Whistler Mountain for some great skiing. (You can also ski to Blackcomb Mountain from Whistler Mountain). There is also a terrific market, liquor store, pub, several restaurants, Boston Pizza, Starbucks, ski rentals and video store.

Bring your Pet with you and let them enjoy our location as well.....as long as they are well behaved and kept clean. They will also enjoy going for walks on the valley trail which can be accessed from our doorstep.

A $500 refundable security deposit is due at the time of reservation and is required to hold the reservation. Payable by cashiers check. Full payment is required 60 days prior to your arrival. Your deposit will be returned within 10 days of departure, assuming no extraordinary cleaning/maintenance.

Cancellation
Should you cancel your reservation outside the 60 day timeframe, Eryx Properties Ltd. will return $300 of your deposit, retaining $200 to cover administrative costs. Within the 60 day period prior to your arrival, full payment is due and will be retained by Eryx Properties Ltd. with the exception of extreme family misfortune.

Cleaning charge per stay $175.00. No cleaning charge on weekly bookings
