Deposits
$500 non-refundable deposit that secures your reservation and is applied towards the rent.
Cancellation
Should it be necessary to cancel your reservation, all prepaid amounts will be retained as liquidated damages unless written notice of cancellation is received at least 60-days prior to your arrival. Penalties will be waived if the unit is re-rented at the same rate, and for the full term of your reservation. All cancellations are subject to a $85 cancellation fee.
& Taxes
Rental rates and cleaning fee subject to 12.5% state and county resort tax.
Reservation fee of $70.
