Our spacious 3-4-bedroom Kissimmee vacation rental has many modern and special features, Including air conditioning throughout, secure entrance to the estate via electronic gates (a number will be given to you for entry), indoor open courtyard pool and Jacuzzi, very large sundeck, large garage and drive for private parking, and much, much more.
The three bedrooms consist of one king size and two queen size all on suite one being adapted to cater for disability i.e. open shower area, rails etc. All have TV. And video, satellite ,air conditioning.

For a guest to confirm their reservations, the guest must remit £200.00 deposit at the time of booking. This deposit will be returned to you one week after your return. The remaining payment of the reservation must be paid in full 30 days prior to arrival date.
Changes or cancellations received by Mr. and Mrs. S Hill prior to the guest arrival date are subject to a total loss of deposit. All cancellations within two months of arrival date or no - shows the guest will forfeit the total rental.
ALL STATE TAX INCLUDED IN PRICE
There is an extra charge for heating of the pool and must be pre paid prior to arrival. The fee for heating the pool is £80.00 per week. This is the actual cost to the electric company.
Each home has a private telephone, which is not connected to the central switchboard. Local calls are free, but all long distance calls must be charged to a calling card, credit card, or your home phone.
