Minimum stay required (2 night minimum, most weekends) Smoking is allowed in limited areas (outside only) We cannot accommodate guest pets Limitations on children staying (Young adults 7 years of age and older) No childcare is provided Consumption of alcohol is permitted (Soft drinks provided free-of-charge) Check in time is 3pm - 6pm and Check out time is 11am Cancellations: AMEX, MC, VISA, DISCOVER or personal check accepted for deposit. Deposit of one night is required when making reservation and is nonrefundable if cancellation is made within 7 days of reservation. A $10 processing fee is charged for cancellations. Extended stays, holidays, and reserving the whole house require half of total reservation in advance and is non-refundable.
