The balance of payment must be with Orlando Vacation Rentals, Inc. at least 60 days prior to your arrival. An additional administration/booking fee will be levied against bookings at the Company's discretion. Stays of 7 or fewer nights are subject to housekeeping charge.
Non appearances of confirmed reservations without proper written notification to be received at least 30 days prior to arrival, will result Company's discretionary forfeiture of rental funds.
