This home features a master bedroom with a queen bed and large big screen TV and VCR/DVD.
Two other rooms have full beds and the fourth room is furnished with two twins.
The living room boasts two sofa beds, a big screen TV, all cable channels and a DVD/VCR player.
The House also comes with High speed cable Internet. There is also a large two car garage with a laundry room area and foosball table.
Other amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, washer/dryer, large back yard, beautiful redwood deck, new hottub and gazebo, and a smoker barbecue. It is located in a quaint residential area that offers great privacy with beautiful scenery.

Cancellation
We will keep the $200 Security Deposit if reservations are cancelled 30 days or more prior to arrival. If it is less than 30 days, then the balance will be kept as well. If we are able to re-book the time for the same price, then the money will be refunded.
& Taxes
10% tax
Extra cleaning charge if necessary. Damage form to be signed before arrival.
Exra person charge $15 over 2 people/room. Day charge $50 if not checked out by 11am.

We stayed in this beautiful home over the 4th of July weekend and were very happy. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed for the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. The big screen TV was a big hit with the guys! The yard was spacious and gave us privacy and the hot tub felt great. The drive to the lake was less then 10 minutes. Overall i would rate this home a 5 (if 5 is excellant)
