Newport Beach luxury 2 bedroom, 1 3/4 bath, corner condo in private gated community. This is a quiet community on 20 acres of well manicured beautifully landscaped grounds. The condo has over 1200 square feet with views of the ocean and city lights from every room. Marble gas fireplace.
The condo is completly furnished with all the towels, linens, beach towels, dishes, etc., that will make you feel right at home. There's even a washer and dryer that you don't have to feed quarters into. We've also included extras like beach chairs, umbrella, 2 boogie boards, and 2 bikes. You won't have to pay extra to rent these items.
There are two swimming pool/hot tub (1 for adults and 1 for families), large workout room, tennis courts, and a private parking space. Within walking distance to the beach (less than 1/2 mile). It's also close to several other beach towns and major atractions, incluidng Disneyland (17 miles away).
