... 2 fireplaces. The 1st Bedroom on the Ground floor has a Queen 4-poster bed and a Harry Potter style closet with the extra linens. The 2nd Bedroom has a King air-coiled bed. The Upper floor sleeps 10. The 3rd Bedroom has redwood floors with a Queen bed and an elegant hardwood crib-which when there are no infants visiting, doubles at a stuffed toy storage bin. The 4th Bedroom also has redwood floors with a two twins-one of which is a Sleep-Number bed that you can adjust to your preferred firmness. The 5th bedroom has a fireplace and has two queens and an extra double innerspring futon set. There is a compact, yet fully equipped 2nd kitchen with a dishwasher& microwave - great for preparing Thanksgiving feasts etc. Next to the kitchen is the 6th bedroom with a queen bed and a small private outdoor porch. The 7th bedroom is the Carriage House and sleeps up to 4 and has two twin beds (that can be made into a King, if preferred) and one day sleeper & a couch. There are several single cots that can be set up where the guests prefer to sleep. Great place for kids with it's own Cable TV, free national & international phone calls to 43 different countries p>There are 3 stackable laundries and an extra dryer. There are four full bathrooms, two with Tub/Shower and two with showers.The 7,000 sq ft yard had a small but fun hot tub, a large grassy croquet area, several shady oak trees, roses and plenty of room to hang up wetsuits and surfboards. There is also an outside shed with bicycles to enjoy riding around or over to the Seabright State Park, about a 5-minute ride.This Manor was built in 1922. It is currently surrounded by newer homes and is a short & level 4-min walk to one of the area's largest sandy beaches. This beach is flat and easily accessed for older people. There is also a couple of nice deli's and a fine restaurant called Café Rio within walking distance and several larger shopping complexes within a 5-minute drive.
