Casa De Las Lomas is situated in the hills above Mismaloya beach, South of Puerto Vallarta. It overlooks Banderas Bay, with a birds eye view of Los Arcos. This three /four or 5 bedroom Puerto Vallarta vacation villa situated in the Sierra Madre Mountains sits in a tropical Paradise. This Puerto Vallarta vacation home comes fully equipped for upto 10 people, and is staffed with a chef maid and a gardener.
With downtown Puerto Vallarta only a short 10 minute ride by taxi, you and your party have the choice of staying ‘home’ enjoying the privacy of relaxing in the jacuzzi, cooling off in the pool, watching the birds idly circling over head while you sip margaritas. Or take one of the secluded beach tours that leave by boat taxi from the bottom of the hill.

There is a one week minimum during high season Thanksgiving to Easter.
There is a five night minimum during the value season which is Easter to Thanksgiving.
The preparation of two meals a day is included in with room rate .
Food, beverages and gratuities are not included.
All rental rates are subject to change.

Payment Options
We will send you instructions to wire money to our account. Room rates include continental breakfast, house rental and staffing. The security deposit is $500, fully refundable if the house is taken care of during your stay.
Payment Schedule
50% of the total rental fee must be paid 5 days after the reservation has been made. The remaining 50% must be paid 60 days prior to the arrival date.
Cancellations and Refunds
All cancellations are subject to a US$100 cancellation fee if the deposit has been received and the rental receipt sent. The deposit is refundable if the cancellation is made 120 days prior to the arrival date. Cancellations made less than 120 days prior to the arrival date are refunded only if the villa is subsequently rented for the cancelled dates

Beautiful home with wonderful artistic deatil, The villa is well mainteined, very tidy, and the garden are gorgeos. Every meal we had was incledible, even better than any of the outstanding restaurants in town. Best of all our host Dan and Lidia- We coudnt wish for friendlier more knowledgeable, fun people to introduce us to Puerto Vallarta!! Thank you for a wonderful memorable esperience
